Customer Support Response Time
Generally, requests are responded to within two (2) hours of submission. If it is an emergency (e.g. you are onsite for the event and you lose functionality) and you need a faster response time, please indicate that in the Subject line by adding the word “URGENT”. Requests received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will be addressed by 10:00 AM Eastern Time the following business day.
