Glenn Davenport

Glenn Davenport is currently President of Horizon Software International, LLC, having joined the company in March of 2007 as an investor and President. In early 2008, Glenn led the effort to sell Horizon, and in August of that same year Horizon was sold to Roper Industries, a NTSE-listed diversified industrial company.

Previously, Davenport spent 33 years at Morrison Management Specialists, a member of Compass Group, serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1996-2006. Davenport joined Morrison's original parent company, Morrison Restaurants Inc., in 1973 as a management trainee, rising to a number of management positions throughout the organization, including Managing Director of Saudi Arabian Morrison. After four years in Saudi Arabia, he returned to the United States as a Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President and then President of the Healthcare Division. He was named Chairman and CEO and led Morrison Management Specialist when it became a separate corporation traded on the New York Stock Exchange in March of 1996. In 2001, he led the sale of Morrison to Compass Group, the world's largest food service provider based, in the United Kingdom.

Glenn Davenport has been recognized by his peers with various prestigious honors, most notably the 2000 Silver Plate Award, the Multi-Unit Foodservice Operators 2000 Golden Chain Award and has been acclaimed as one of the 50 Power Players in the restaurant industry by Nation's Restaurant News. He was a recipient of an Honorary Doctorate of Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in 2006.

Greg Hammer

Greg Hammer is former Vice President of Marketing for Aon Consulting in Atlanta, where he was responsible for all strategic and operational marketing activities for a national executive benefits consulting practice. In addition to directing all marketing functions such as public relations, brand strategy and client communications, Hammer created business development support for consulting teams of attorneys, actuaries and accountants. In addition, Hammer collaborated with business-line managers to create revenue-generating marketing campaigns, balancing strategic activities with overseeing 70+ client communications projects per year.

Prior to Aon, Hammer was Director of Worldwide Marketing Services and Sales Support at Worldspan, LP, a leading provider of travel e-commerce and technology for thousands of travel suppliers, retailers, Websites and corporations. At Worldspan, Hammer directed a multi-national team of managers and staff in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, developing a unified, worldwide marketing communications structure to support operations and deliver a cohesive brand strategy in more than 70 countries. Before Worldspan, Hammer spent several years in the Marketing Automation department at Delta Air Lines, most recently serving as a producer of major customer conferences and events.

Greg Hammer earned a Bachelor's degree in interpersonal communications from Ohio University and a Masters degree in business administration from Xavier University. He is a member of the American Marketing Association, the International Association of Business Communicators and the Public Relations Society of America.

Jim Simons

Jim Simons is founder and Partner of Ainsley Park, LLC, where he is responsible for turnarounds, acquisitions and finance for operating companies. In addition to his responsibilities with Ainsley Park, he is heavily involved in an advisory or principal capacity with various turnaround and start-up opportunities in the logistics, real estate, financial services, technology, resort, gaming, manufacturing and telecommunications industries.

Prior to joining Ainsley Park, Simons was Vice President of Lehman Brothers, with a focus on mid-market merchant and investment banking and asset management business. He was previously founder and operating partner for RS Holdings, Inc., in Ft. Lauderdale and Destin, FL, which was a merchant banking and investment management company that held or advised a broad spectrum of businesses.

In addition to SignUp4, Simons serves on the boards of VueLogic, LLC; Ampersand, Inc.; VerticalComm, LLC; EyeMail, Inc.; Brandmovers; and The Innovation Accelerator Initiative.

Jim Simons is a former Army officer and was award the Bronze Star during combat operations in Operation Desert Storm. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
