  3. What is Section 508 compliance?

        Section 508 is an amendment to the Americans with Disabilities Act passed in 1998 covering two key issues. The first is that when federal agencies "develop, procure, maintain, or use electronic and information technology" this technology must be accessible to federal employees with disabilities. The second is that members of the public who have disabilities must be able to gain access to the information or services offered by each agency. This amendment covers all "electronic and information technology", Section 508 may mean that federally run sites must be designed according to accessibility guidelines .

        SignUp4 follows the World Wide Web Consortium guidelines for web content accessibility in all of our websites and software. We will continue to work with this emerging standard to insure universal access for our clients and their end users to all SignUp4 services.

If you already have a website and just want to add registration, we can also link the EMS into your existing website for instant online registration, payment processing, reporting, and communications.

        You can choose from our templates, then add your own colors, images and text to make the site look like you want. We also offer web design services for creating an exact replica of your existing website or a new original design just for your event.

  6. Can I design custom reports?

        Yes. There are already many multi-use online reports available including: check-in lists, survey results, participant roster, name badges, and more. The existing reporting options allow you to choose the fields displayed and the sorting options. we can design customized reports to meet your needs.



  7. Can I put advertisements on my site?
